Membership Rules​

Membership Commitment & Billing

✤ Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment, followed by month-to-month billing
✤ After the first 3 months, memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice

✤ Memberships may be paused (frozen) for up to one (1) month per year with advance notice

Activation & Start Date

✤ After purchase, you will receive a digital membership confirmation via email
✤ This confirmation must be presented to staff during your first visit to activate your membership
✤ Your 30-day membership period begins on the date of your first visit, not the purchase date

Renewals & Expiration

✤ Near the end of your 30-day period, you will receive a reminder to set up recurring monthly billing if you wish to continue
✤ If recurring billing is not set up, your membership will automatically expire at the end of the 30-day period
✤ Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

Usage & Benefits

✤ Membership benefits apply only to the children listed on the membership
✤ Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or split between families
✤ Included play hours are valid within each 30-day period and do not roll over
✤ Discounts on classes, events, parties, and additional play time apply only to active memberships and can be used at any time within each 30-day period. Benefits do not roll over

Studio Policies

✤ All families must follow studio rules and safety guidelines at all times

✤ Socks are required for all children and adults in the play/cafe area
✤ Adult supervision is required at all times, our space is not a drop-off facility
✤ For the safety and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership if policies are not followed 

Additional Important Notes

✤ Memberships may not be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes
✤ We reserve the right to update membership pricing or benefits with prior notice
✤ Temporary closures due to holidays, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and do not extend membership periods

Health & Cleanliness

✤ For the well-being of all families, please do not visit if your child is showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, contagious conditions, etc.)
✤ We reserve the right to ask families to reschedule if a child appears unwell
