Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All play sessions, classes, and events must be booked in advance through our website or booking system.

Due to limited capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer rescheduling with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

No-shows or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time, as sessions end at their scheduled time.

Mini & Me reserves the right to modify schedules, cancel sessions, or make adjustments as needed.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Mini & Me, we are committed to providing a high-quality, thoughtfully designed experience for every family. Due to our limited capacity and advance booking system, we maintain the following policy:

Play Sessions

All play session bookings are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to offer rescheduling with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

No-shows or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

Classes & Events

All classes, workshops, and special events are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we offer:

  • Rescheduling (with at least 12 hours’ notice), or

  • Class credit to be used toward a future session

 

Private Events & Parties

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party bookings.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days in advance may be eligible for rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may forfeit the deposit

 

Food & Beverages

All food and beverage purchases are final sale.

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

 

Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the rare case that Mini & Me cancels a session or event.

 

We always aim to be understanding & fair. If you have a unique situation, please reach out to us via email or instagram, we’re happy to help whenever possible.
