Membership Terms & Conditions​​

  • Eight 2-hour play visits each month​

  • One complimentary coffee for one parent at each visit

  • ​One complimentary class every month

  • ​One complimentary guest pass every month

​All benefits are valid during the current active membership month only, are non-transferable, and do not roll over.

Membership Terms & Conditions​​

  • Membership begins on the date of purchase.

  • "Family Memberships" include up to 3 minis. For additional minis, please contact us at contact@minimecafe.com.

  • A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

  • After the initial commitment, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time after the initial term with at least 30 days' written notice.

  • Membership pricing and benefits may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply prospectively.

  • Temporary closures due to holidays, maintenance, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not extend or pause memberships.

Membership Benefits

  • Membership benefits are valid only for the registered child(ren).

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

  • Included play hours reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the following month.

  • Member discounts and perks are available only while the membership remains active.​​

Studio Policies​

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.

  • Grip socks are required for all children. Socks are required for adults entering the play area.

  • To help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all families, Mini & Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if our studio policies are repeatedly or intentionally violated.

Wellness Policy 

For the health and comfort of all families, we kindly ask that children and adults who are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness remain home until they are well enough to visit. Thank you for helping us keep our community healthy.
